    High-class hotel, service-minded staff with amazing service from all the breakfast staff, everything was really good. A nice size room with king size bed, and very clean pool. Good restaurant, for lunch.

    We had an executive room and this gave us access to the executive lounge which was excellent.

    To have a good size room you had to compromise on losing the river view.

    High-class hotel with a very clean pool and stunning location near walking distance from underground metro. Very good service from the competent, well-trained stuff members. Tastefully decorated and reasonably priced rooms with marble bathrooms and a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge.

    I stayed with my partner in the deluxe bosph vw room, the view was fantastic and I think it is worth it to pay more money to book Bosph view room.

    The room is not really spacious and the bath room was really small for a five star hotel

    The Bosphorus view from my executive room was amazing. The modern decor throughout the hotel really impressed me. I had a lovely experience at the executive lounge. The variety of food options was fantastic, and the service there was really good. Staff members were attentive, especially Onur, who really stood out with his attention to detail. I appreciated the cleanliness in my room and the daily housekeeping. The bathroom felt a bit cramped for an executive room. I expected more space, considering the overall luxury of the hotel. Breakfast could also improve. Having it end at 10 AM on weekdays felt rushed, especially when you're on vacation. Still, the flavors and quality of the food were great. The overall ambiance was cute. I had a nice stay, but some minor improvements would elevate the experience even further.
